闭合弹性髓内钉微创技术在儿童股骨干骨折患者中的疗效观察及对术后软组织肿痛的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察闭合弹性髓内钉微创技术(TEN)在儿童股骨干骨折患者中的临床治疗效果及对术后软组织肿痛的影响。方法选取我院收治儿童股骨干骨折患者100例,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用锁定加压接骨板(LCP)治疗,观察组采用TEN治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量及术后引流量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,两组的VAS评分及肿胀差值均降低,且观察组的上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术后并发症总发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论儿童股骨干骨折患者采用TEN治疗效果理想,并能减轻术后软组织肿痛,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed titanium elastic nails(TEN)in children with femoral shaft fractures and its effect on postoperative soft tissue swelling and pain.Methods A total of 100 children with femoral shaft fractures admitted in hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with locking compression plate(LCP),while the observation group was treated with TEN.The clinical effects in both groups were compared.Results The operation time,fracture healing time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the VAS score and swelling difference value in both groups decreased,and the above indexes in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TEN has significant effect on children with femoral shaft fractures,and can reduce postoperative soft tissue swelling and pain,which is worth application.
