摘要
目的分析高危结肠癌患者实施腹腔镜结肠切除术的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的74例高危结肠癌患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,各37例。观察组选择腹腔镜结肠切除手术,对照组患者接受开放性结肠癌切除术。对比两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数量、并发症发生情况、患者术后复发率和生存率。结果观察组住院时间、手术时间、术后禁食时间及引流时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组淋巴结清扫数量差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后复发率与生存率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论高危结肠癌患者实施腹腔镜结肠切除术治疗能够减少创伤,降低术后并发症总发生率,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic colectomy in patients with high-risk colon cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with high-risk colon cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The observation group was given laparoscopic colectomy,and the control group underwent open colon cancer resection treatment.The time of operation,the time of hospitalization,the amount of bleeding,number of lymph node dissections,the incidence of complications,postoperative recurrence rate and survival rate in the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,postoperation fasting time and drainage time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissections between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the postoperative recurrence rate and survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic colectomy in patients with high-risk colon cancer can reduce trauma and decrease the total incidence of postoperative complications,which has the value of popularization.
