胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者行腹腔镜手术的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis

目的分析腹腔镜手术用于治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜微创手术,比较两组手术及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、留置导尿管时间、禁食时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,失血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的25.0%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石伴胆总管结石临床效果较好,减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,eighty patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The surgery situation and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of operation,time of stay catheter,fasting time,exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than 25.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis has good clinical effect,which can reduce the complications and is worthy of promotion.
