个旧城区孕妇血清25-羟维生素D水平研究

摘要 目的调查个旧城区正常孕妇血清25-羟维生素D水平,为孕妇合理补充维生素D提供依据。方法选取个旧城区正常孕妇200例,其中未服用维生D(未服药组)130例,服用维生D(服药组)70例,采用化学发光法检测血清25-羟维生素D水平。结果未服药组25-羟维生素D水平为(26.12±11.55)ng/m L,服药组25-羟维生素D水平为(36.63±16.92)ng/m L,未服药组25-羟维生素D水平明显低于服药组(t=5.188,P<0.05);未服药组维生素D缺乏、充足孕妇的25-羟维生素D水平均明显低于服药组(P<0.05);未服药组维生素D不足孕妇的25-羟维生素D水平与服药组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);未服药组维生素D不足和充足孕妇的构成比与服药组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论个旧城区未服药孕妇维生素D普遍缺乏或不足,尤其是没有服用维生素D的孕妇,但因服用剂量不合理,仍有部分孕妇维生素D缺乏或不足,孕妇应重视合理服用维生素D。 Objective To investigate the serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D level in pregnant women in Gejiu and provide scientific basis for the reasonable supply of vitamin D.Methods A total of 200 cases of healthy pregnant women in Gejiu were enrolled in the study and divided into non-medication group(n=130)and medication group(n=70)according to whether they took vitamin D.The serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level was measured by the method of chemiluminescence.Results The concentration of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in the non-medication group was(26.12±11.55)ng/mL,which was significantly lower than(36.63±16.92)ng/mL in the medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.188,P<0.05).The levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D of deficiency and sufficiency in the non-medication group were significantly lower than those in the medication group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significantly difference in the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D of insufficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in constituent ratio of vitamin D insufficiency and sufficiency between the non-medication group and medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion The deficiency of vitamin D is common among the pregnant women in Gejiu,especially among those who do not take vitamin D.Because of the unreasonable taking vitamin D,the deficiency of vitamin D exists in some pregnant women who take vitamin D.Therefore,pregnant women should pay attention to reasonable supplement of vitamin D.
