不同护理干预方式对急性农药中毒患者预后的影响

Effects of different nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with acute pesticide poisoning

目的研究不同护理干预方式对急性农药中毒患者预后的影响。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2012年11月至2016年11月在我院进行治疗的急性农药中毒患者,将患者按照入院时间为对照组和观察组,各100例。其中,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用细致化护理。对比两组患者的48 h内抢救成功指标、临床指标及预后情况、护理满意度。结果两组患者的中毒症状消失评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的生命体征平稳、意识恢复以及重要器官功能损害评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的全血胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间和住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率和死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性农药中毒患者实施细致化护理可促进抢救成功率的提高,改善患者的预后,促进患者身体恢复,提高患者的护理满意度。

O bjective To study the effects of different nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with acute pesticide poisoning.M ethods From November 2 0 1 2 to November 2016,2 0 0 patients with acute pesticide poisoning treated in our hospital were enrolled as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of hospitalization,with 1 0 0 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of the control group was given detailed nursing.The 4 8 h rescue success indicators,clinical indicators and prognosis,nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups.R esults There was no significant difference in the disappearance of poisoning symptoms scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of stable vital signs,recovery of consciousness,and impairment of vital organs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of whole blood cholinesterase activity and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the complication rate and mortality rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).C onclusion Detailed nursing in patients with acute pesticide poisoning can promote the success rate of rescue,improve the prognosis,promote the recovery of patients and increase the patients'nursing satisfaction
