舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的临床效果

Clinical effect of comfortable nursing on laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department

目的探讨舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月至2016年12月在我院普外科进行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用舒适护理干预。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗依从率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的78.00%(39/50)(P<0.05)。观察组的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能和社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率为8.00%(4/50),明显低于对照组的26.00%(13/50)(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中具有显著的临床效果,可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性,改善生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing on laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department.M ethods One hundred cases of patients who treated with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comfort nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.R esults The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than 78.00%(39/50)of the control group(P<0.05).The physical function,emotional function,role function and social function scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.0 0%(4/50),which was lower than 26.00%(13/50)in the control group(P<0.05).C onclusion The clinical effect of comfortable nursing on laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department is significant,it can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life for the patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
