腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者围术期综合护理效果

Effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者的围手术期护理方法。方法选取我院于2016年2月至2017年2月收治的行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的患者132例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各66例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采用围手术期综合护理。观察对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,治疗总有效率和术后并发症发生率。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率(98.48%)明显高于对照组(81.82%)(P<0.05);试验组患者术后并发症总发生率(7.58%)明显低于对照组(19.70%)(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者实施围手术期综合护理可以在提高治疗总有效率的情况下,优化患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和并发症发生率,有利于患者早日康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss perioperative nursing methods in patients treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.M ethods One hundred and thirty-two cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy ino u r hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group accepted conventional care,while the experimental group was given perioperative comprehensive care on the basis of the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group(98.48%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the experimental group(7.58%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.70%)(P<0.05).C onclusion For laparoscopic myomectomy patients,perioperative comprehensive care can improve the total efficiency of treatment conditions,and optimize the surgery time,amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and complication rate,it is conducive to the early rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
