全面护理在蛛网膜下腔出血与脑出血患者中的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血与脑出血患者应用全面护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的90例蛛网膜下腔出血与脑出血患者为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全面护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分明显优于护理前,且观察组的生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.78%,明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论对蛛网膜下腔出血与脑出血患者实施全面护理,可显著改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage.M ethods Ninety patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The quality of life scores before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.R esults Before nursing,there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group(P<0.05).C onclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage can improve the quality of life for the patients,which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
