摘要
从浓香型白酒酿造的地域环境及气候特点出发,阐述了浓香白酒工艺选择的科学依据;进而从酿造过程的固有特性出发,阐述了浓香白酒酿造的健康性;并进一步阐述了白酒的精神属性。
According to the regional environment and climatic characteristics of Luzhou flavor liquor making,the scientific basis of choice of Luzhou flavor liquor making technology was elucidated.Then,the health of Luzhou flavor liquor making was explained from the intrinsic characteristics of brewing process.Spiritual attributes of liquor was also elaborated.
