摘要
建立了一种窖泥中香味物质的定性分析方法,将窖泥置于孵化器中高温孵化,采用静态顶空气体进样方式对目标物进行富集提取,通过气相色谱-质谱联用对窖泥中所含的香味物质进行定性分析。本方法能准确提取和分析窖泥中的特征香气物质,并且操作简便,不接触任何有机溶剂,准确度、精密度高、检测限低,能满足对窖泥香味成分的定性分析。
This paper established a qualitative analysis method of flavoring substances in pit mud,putting the pit mud in an incubator under a high incubation temperature,the target object was extracted by static headspace.The flavor substances of pit mud was qualitative analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.This method could accurately extract and analyze the characteristic aroma substances of pit mud,and this method was easy operated,no contact with any organic solvent during processing.This method had the advantages of accuracy,high precision and low detection limit,could meet the qualitative analysis of aroma components in pit muds.
