摘要 研究了染料及染色条件对阳离子可染涤纶短纤维(CDP)染色性能的影响。结果表明,不同品种的阳离子染料对CDP纤维染色效果差异明显,染液p H值控制在4.5~5.5范围内,染色效果较好,染色的温度、保温时间、染料浓度、浴比等工艺条件对CDP纤维的染色效果影响较大,但影响CDP纤维染色性能的因素主要是纤维的间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM)含量,低SIPM含量纤维受染色饱和值影响,不易深染,高SIPM含量的纤维可达到深染效果。 In this paper,dyestuffs and dying process conditions which would influence the dyeing performance of cationic dyeable polyester fiber(CDP)were studied.Experimental results showed that dying difference of diverse dyestuff on the cationic dyeable polyester fiber was obvious.Good leveling effect would produced when pH of dye liquor were controlled between range of 4.5~5.5.Dye condition such as temperature,holding time,dye strength,bath ratio and so on obviously influenced the dying results of CDP fiber.But the primary influencing factor of dying on CDP fiber were the content of fibers sodium-5-sulfoisophthalic acid dimethyl ester content(SIPM).Fibers with lower SI
