摘要
为梳理航运服务业与港口间的内在联系,揭示航运服务业对港口的影响程度,从物流、金融、科技和法律等4方面阐述航运服务业与港口间的动态关系。在此基础上,构建航运服务业对港口影响的系统动力学模型。通过宁波港口的实际案例验证模型的有效性,并通过动态仿真揭示航运服务业对港口货物吞吐量的影响程度。结果显示:物流对港口货物吞吐量的影响最强,金融的影响次之,科技与法律的影响较弱。
The rapid growth of port throughput leads to gathering of shipping services in,for example,logistics,finance,technology and law in port areas.The development of shipping services plays an important role in transformation and upgrading of a port.Due to the diversity of shipping services,how to identify their impact on port development deserves studying.The functions of logistics,finance,technology,and law services in this regard are focused on and a system dynamics model reflecting the effects of shipping services on port.Simulations are performed based on the data from Ningbo port to verify the model.Dynamic simulations show that logistics has the strongest impact on port throughput,finance next,and the technology and law services the least.
