不规则包装快递自动分拣扫描设备的研究

快递公司在包裹分拣方面仍然采用人工分拣,效率低、成本高,而且由于工作枯燥,招工难度较大。目前,可检索到的快递自动分拣系统只针对于规则形状包裹,还没有关于不规则包装快递的自动分拣设备。本文提出设计一种不规则形状快递全角度扫描的自动分拣设备,该设备可降低企业的劳动强度,提高分拣效率,降低快递企业的成本,使企业竞争力得到显著增强。

Courier companies still use manual sorting in the sorting of parcels,which is inefficient and costly.At present,the express automatic sorting system that can be retrieved is only for regular shape parcels,and there is no automatic sorting equipment for irregular packing and express delivery.This paper proposes to design an automatic sorting device with irregular shape express full-angle scanning,which can reduce the labor intensity of enterprises,improve the sorting efficiency,reduce the cost of express delivery companies,and make the competitiveness of enterprises significantly enhanced.
