芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of chronic heart failure treated by Qiliqiangxin capsule

选择本院2016年7月—2017年12月的96例患者,按照随机分配的原则,分为两组,每组患者48例。其中,对照组中男性患者28例,采用常规性治疗措施,观察组在使用对照组治疗方法的同时,采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗。分析两组患者的治疗效果,观察组治疗效果明显,数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。分析患者临床指标,治疗后观察组的LVEF指标为(48±3)%,对照组为(39±2)%,治疗效果明显,数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。评价LVDd指标时,观察组治疗后的LVDd指标为(53.18±4.21)mm,对照组治疗后的LVDd指标为(61.98±4.23)mm,观察组治疗效果明显,数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。对两组患者不良反应率分析中,观察组的不良反应率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。通过芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,可逐渐提升治疗效果,降低患者并发症的出现,改善患者生命状态,该种治疗方法值得在临床中推广。

A total of 96 patients in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups(n=48).Control group of 28 male patients with conventional treatment measures,the observation group with Qiliqiangxin capsule.The observation group had obvious therapeutic effects and there were differences in statistical data(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF index of observation group was(48±3)%,the control group was(39±2)%,the treatment effect was obvious,statistical data exist differences(P<0.05).The LVDd index in observation group was(53.18±4.21)mm after treatment,and control group was(61.98±4.23)mm.The observation group had obvious therapeutic effect and data statistics were different(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment of patients with chronic heart failure by Qiliqiangxin capsule can gradually improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of patient complications and improve the patient’s life status.This treatment method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
