作业疗法在手外伤患者术后护理中应用效果观察

The effect of occupational therapy in the postoperative care of hand trauma patients

以2015年1月16日—2017年1月27日我院56例手外伤患者作为观察对象,随机将56例患者分为实验组(28例,应用常规康复治疗+作业疗法)、常规组(28例,应用常规康复治疗)。研究对比两组患者的手指日常活动功能评分、手指活动度及上肢运动功能评分。实验组患者干预后手指日常活动功能评分[(95.24±2.78)分]、上肢运动功能评分[(62.15±2.32)分]相比常规组[(90.02±2.45)分、(57.21±2.20)分]明显更高,P<0.05;实验组患者干预后手指活动度总有效率(92.86%)相比常规组(71.43%)明显更高,P<0.05。说明在术后护理过程中,对手外伤患者采取作业疗法具有较佳的效果,可显著改善手指活动度。

A total of 56 patients with hand injuries in our hospital from January 16,2015 to January 27,2017 were randomly divided into experimental group(28 cases,routine rehabilitation+occupational therapy),routine group(28 cases,routine rehabilitation therapy).The scores of finger daily activity,finger movement and upper extremity motor function scores were compared between the experimental group and the conventional group.In the experimental group,the finger daily activity scores[(95.24±2.78)points]and the upper limbs motor function scores[(62.15±2.32)points]were compared with those of conventional group[(90.02±2.45)points,(57.21±2.20)points],P<0.05;the total effective rate of finger movement after intervention(92.86%)was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the conventional group(71.43%),P<0.05.It shows that in the post-operative nursing process,the occupational therapy for the opponent traumatic injury has a better effect and can significantly improve the finger movement.
