PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折的效果研究及分析 被引量:2

摘要 选择2015年2月—2016年2月我院收治的150例老年股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折患者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组75例。对照组行半髋关节置换术,观察组行PFNA术,分析治疗结果。对照组髋关节功能优良率为64.00%,观察组为82.67%,与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗优良率更高,P<0.05。与对照组相比,观察组的术后并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。对股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折老年患者,使用PFNA进行治疗,可全面提升患者髋关节功能,降低不良反应发生率,促进疾病转归,值得进一步推广。 To analyze the effect of PFNA in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients,150 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into 2 groups of 75 cases each.Control group treated with hemiarthroplasty,and observation group treated with PFNA surgery,making analysis of treatment results.In the control group,the hip function was 64.00%,and the observation group was 82.67%.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a better rate of treatment,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group,P<0.05.For elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures,the use of PFNA for treatment can improve hip function in patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the prognosis of diseases,which is worth further promotion.
