水利工程的建设对各方面发展都至关重要,农业的发展离不开水资源,工业建设需要用水,人们生活需要用水,水对人类生活不仅是保障同时也存在威胁,所以水利工程规划是对人们生活和生命安全的保障。近年来,在实际水利建设过程中,很多技术问题的缺陷限制了我国当前水利建设的发展,导致我国水利工程建设发展缓慢,如何提高水利规划设计技术是当前最重要的课题。针对水利规划设计技术进行分析与探讨,提出一些水利规划设计的建议,希望对我国水利工程建设有所帮助。

The construction of water conservancy projects is crucial to the development of all aspects.Therefore,water conservancy project planning is protection of people’s lives.In recent years,during the process of actual water conservancy construction,the defects of many technical problems have restricted the development of current water conservancy construction,resulting in the slow development of water conservancy construction in China.How to improve the water conservancy planning and design technology is the most important issue at present.According to the analysis and discussion of water conservancy planning and design technology,some suggestions for water conservancy planning and design are put forward,hoping to be helpful to the construction of water conservancy projects in China.
