条码标签具有可靠性强、信息量大、读取率高等优点,广泛应用于生产和生活的方方面面[1]。结合D企业PVC型材产品仓储与物流管理的需求,开展条码标签设计及标签生成打印系统的研究开发,实现新型条码标签的设计,以及基于产品代码输入、生产任务名、订单号、生产线号等多种方式条码标签的生成和打印,用于D企业实际生产管理过程中。

Bar code labels have the advantages of strong reliability,large amount of information,high read rate,and are widely used in all aspects of production and life[1].Combining the needs of warehousing and logistics management of D enterprise PVC profile products,it researches and develops bar code label design and label generation printing system,design of new bar code labels,and input based on product codes,production task names,order numbers,production line numbers,etc.,and the way to generate and print bar code labels is used in the actual production management of D companies.
