高校国际化促进秦皇岛市文明铸市策略研究

Strategies of promoting civilized Qinhuangdao with the internationalization of universities

为贯彻落实十九大精神和中央城市工作会议提出的开创城市发展新局面,秦皇岛以文明铸市助力一带一路建设、京津冀协同发展,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。高校国际化是衡量城市文明发展程度的重要指标,就如何利用秦皇岛市沿海开放、海滨旅游城市的地理优势,在区域产业结构调整的形势下,对高校国际化进程展开分析,提出高校国际化促进秦皇岛市文明铸市策略。

To put the guiding principles from our 19th National Congress of the CPC into action and make new advances in urban development proposed in the CPCC urban development conference,Qinhuangdao implements civilized city policy assisting the Belt and Road Initiative,and the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Internationalization of universities is an important indicator to measure the degree of urban civilization development.Based on how to make use of geographical advantages in Qinhuangdao under the situation of regional industry structure adjustment,this paper analyzes the internationalization process in local universities and presents strategies on promoting civilized city.
