随着我国经济的不断发展,矿产资源的开发日益增多。矿产资源对于国家有着十分重要的作用,是各国综合竞争力的重要组成因素,可维持国民经济的稳定发展。矿产资源中的非油气矿产资源较为稀缺,其重要性被人们逐渐重视起来。随着开发的加深,非油气矿产资源的问题逐渐暴露,为进一步科学高效开发利用非油气矿产资源,针对非油气矿产资源确认、计量与报告的特殊性和存在的问题进行研究,对此提出解决对策。

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the development of mineral resources is increasing.Mineral resources have a very important role for the country and are an important component of comprehensive competitiveness of various countries.They can maintain the stable development of the national economy.The non-oil and gas mineral resources in mineral resources are scarce,and their importance has been gradually recognized by people.With the deepening of development,the problems of non-oil and gas mineral resources are gradually exposed.In order to further scientifically and efficiently develop and utilize non-oil and gas mineral resources,the specificity and existing problems of non-oil and gas mineral resources identification,measurement,and reporting are studied to address this issue.
