摘要
人事考试是政府部门和社会各行业选拔、评价人才的重要方式和主要手段,但由于人事考试对于学历、论文发表形式、职称考试等方面要求过于严格,各种考试作弊问题时常发生。分析人事考试现状,探讨人事考试管理存在的不足,提出人事考试创新改革意见,加强考前教育及考场纪律管理,不断更新考试内容,建立健全人事考试制度体系。
The personnel examination is an important method for selecting and appraising talents in government departments and various industries.However,due to the strict requirements on qualifications,the form of papers,and the title examination in the personnel examination,cheating problems in various examinations often occur.This paper analyzes the status quo of personnel examinations,explores the inadequacies of personnel examination management,puts forward opinions on innovative innovations in personnel examinations,strengthens pre-examination education and disciplinary management of exam venues,continuously updates exam content and establishes a sound personnel examination system.
