创新生态系统核心企业主导能力测度研究——基于扎根理论的探索

Research on the measurement of core enterprises' leading force in innovation ecosystem——an exploratory study based on grounded theory

核心企业主导能力是指核心企业因其自身资源能力优势和中心地位而形成的能够影响其他创新参与者行为的能力。运用质性研究方法,对核心企业主导能力结构测度进行探索性研究,并在此基础上进一步开发测度量表。结果表明:技术引领能力、平台构建能力、关系协调能力、资源整合能力是核心企业主导能力测度的4个关键维度。其中,技术引领能力包括技术发展前瞻、核心技术资源、关键研发资源和行业地位声誉4个观察变量;平台构建能力包括技术战略规划、系统成员选择、系统结构设计、系统协调机制4个观察变量;关系协调能力包括系统关系优化、系统关系协调、系统行为协调、系统创新文化4个观察变量;资源整合能力包括知识技术学习、资源优化组合、关系资源整合、创新目标推动4个观察变量。

The core enterprises’leading force is a competence to influence other innovation participants’behavior from the resource advantage or status of core enterprises.This study uses the grounded theory method to explore the measurement framework of core enterprises’leading force,and based on this,further develop the measure scale.The result shows that the capacity of technical guidance,platform building,coordination and resource integration are the key dimensionality of the core enterprises’leading force.Among them,the capacity of technology guidance is made up of technical foresight,core technology,R&D resources and industry status;the capacity of platform building is related to technology strategy,R&D member,system structure and coordination mechanism;the coordination capacity is decided by relational quality,relationship coordination,behavioral coordination,culture of innovation;and the capacity of resource integration depends on knowledge learning,resource optimization,relationship resource integration and promotion of innovation objectives.
