摘要
利用闭式热泵干燥系统研究了50℃下海棠果的干燥曲线,并对干燥过程中热泵系统进行了能量分析和?分析。新鲜海棠果干燥300min后其含水率由672%下降至194%,同时,系统的单位能耗除湿量也由1.99kg/kW下降至0.11kg/kW,且其趋势几乎与干燥速率的变化一致。通过对系统各部件进行?损失和?效率计算,发现压缩机和干燥箱处的损失比例较大。
We investigated the drying curve of plum-leaf crab at 50 in a closed-loop heat pump dryer, and analyzed the energyand exergy efficiencies of the system. The fresh plum-leaf crab with initial moisture content of 672% was dried down to 194% drybasis after 300 minutes. And the SMER decreased from 1.99kg/kW to 0.11kg/kW, which was accordance with the drying rate ofplum-leaf crab. By the analysis of exergy destruction and efficiency, we found that the compressor and drying chamber were thekey point to improve the whole efficiency of system.
