摘要
首先利用水热法在硅基底上生长MnO_2纳米片,再通过磁控溅射在其表面沉积Al,制备出具有纳米结构的MnO_2/Al含能复合物。利用SEM、XRD、XPS和DSC对样品的形貌、结构和热反应特性进行表征。结果表明:生长于硅基底上的MnO_2纳米片交错形成多孔纳米墙结构,其后沉积的Al"植根"于纳米墙;纳米结构MnO_2/Al复合物的反应起始温度为510°C,Al熔化前的放热量达到2 380J/g。另外,该复合物在表面沉积碳氟化合物后表现出疏水性,表明其具备潜在的长期储存性能。
In this study,a nanostructured energetic composite that composed of MnO2 nanosheets with root-embedded Al on silicon wafer was prepared and investigated.Porous MnO2 nanosheets were synthesized on the silicon substrate via a hydrothermal method,followed by the magnetron sputtering of Al.The morphology,phase and composition of MnO2/Al nanostructured energetic materials were characterized by SEM,XRD,and XPS.The heat-release characteristics were also studied by DSC.Thermal analysis shows the MnO2/Al nanostructured energetic materials have a low onset reaction temperature around 510°C and a relative high reaction of heat about 2 380 J/g before Al melting.Hydrophobicity is achieved by coating a layer of fluorocarbon,indicating the possible long-term storage ability.
