摘要
矿产资源开采破坏了矿区生态环境,为了实现矿区经济和环境的可持续发展,需要对损毁矿区进行土地复垦,恢复土地生产能力。以福建省连江县为例,对历史遗留采矿用地复垦潜力进行分析,统计分析了连江县各乡镇复垦面积与新增耕地率。该县可复垦总面积为107.05hm^2,新增耕地率达到32.20%,复垦潜力较大。为了提高复垦力度,需要明确目标界定和功能定位,兼顾工程技术措施与生物化学措施,建立科学的采矿用地复垦项目管理机制,提高公众参与度,加大科技投入,提升补充耕地质量。
The exploitation of mineral resources has broken the ecological environment of the mining area.In order to realize the sustainable development of the economic environment in the mining area,it is necessary to carry out land reclamation for the damaged mining area and restore land production capacity.Taking Lianjiang County of Fujian Province as an example,the reclamation potential of damaged mining land was analyzed,and the reclamation area and new cultivated land rate were calculated in every county of Lianjiang county.The total reclamation area of this county is 1070452.02 m 2,the rate of new cultivated land reaches 32.20%,and the reclamation potential is great.In order to improve the area reclamation efforts need to clear the target definition and function positioning,taking into account the technical measures and biochemical measures,establish scientific mining to improve the public participation of land reclamation project management mechanism,increase investment in science and technology and improve the quality of the arable land.
