摘要
福建省打击非法采矿管理系统根据国土资源矿政监管要求,为有效地预防矿产资源管理中的非法、违法采矿点"死灰复燃"现象进行设计与开发。系统基于ArcGIS、.NET平台进行开发,具有非法违法采矿信息采集、预警查处、备案分析等功能,实现了贯穿矿山动态巡查、记录、报告、查处、警示的全生命周期一体化管理理念。通过在全省2年多的正式上线运行情况反馈,取得了较好的实际应用效果。
The system is designed and developed in order to effectively restrict the illegal mining phenomenon in mineral resources management,based on the demand for related mineral resources management departments in Fujian Province.The system is based on the ArcGIS and.NET platform to secondary development and it provides the functions of the illegal mining information collection early warning and punishment,record analysis,etc.Meanwhile,it realizes the Integrated life-cycle management process of the dynamic mine inspection,record,report,investigation,treatment and prevention.It has achieved the better practical results by means of more than 2 years actual operation
