摘要
针对肉苁蓉种子纸加热箱试验过程中出现的出口温度不均匀问题,利用CFD软件对加热箱体内气流组织进行了仿真分析。根据分析结果增设导流板、减小出口宽度重新构建加热箱模型。仿真结果显示加热箱出风口气流速度得到匀化、提高,实物模型试验结果也证明了这一点。试验数据表明改进后的加热箱出口气流组织可以满足生产要求。
Aiming at the problem of uneven outlet tempreture during the experimental procedure on cistanche seed paper heating tank,a simulation analysis of airflow inside of the heating tank which adopted CFD software was carried out.According to the results of this analysis,guide plate was added inside of windpipe,the width of outlet was reduced,the model of the whole heating tank was reconstructed.The results of simulation analysis indicates that,the airspeed at air outlet of heating tank was leveled and increased,this result has also been prooved in natural pattern.Experimental data indicate that,the airflow at air outlet of optimized heating tank can meet the production requirement,
