Feasibility study of Leather Color Fastness to Circular Rubbing

文章对比了国内外皮革摩擦色牢度的不同测试方法的差异。通过调整影响旋转摩擦结果的参数与往复摩擦进行对比,结果表明,SATRA TM8旋转摩擦测试仪虽然适用于小部件摩擦色牢度的考核,但其适用范围有限,并不能取代往复摩擦,大量试验,不断改进仪器,建立旋转摩擦的科学有效的考核方式,扩宽旋转摩擦的适用范围,解决小部件产品的摩擦色牢度考核问题很有必要。

The difference between different test methods was compared at home and abroad. The color fastness to circular rubbing test result by adjusting the influencing factors was compared with the color fastness to to-and-fro rubbing.The result is obvious. The application is limited of SATR A TM8 color fastness equipment to circular rubbing though it is suitable for the evaluation of the color fastness of small parts, and the color fastness to to-and-fro rubbing can not be replaced. Lots of experiments, continuous improvement of instruments, establishment of scientific and effective evaluation methods of rotational friction, widening the scope of application of rotary friction, and solving the problem of evaluating the color fastness of small parts products is necessary.
