碾子山冰雪旅游特色小镇跨界融合创新发展研究

Study on the Innovative Development of Cross-Border Integration in Nianzishan Special Town of Ice-snow Tourism

北京冬奥会的成功申办激发了冰雪旅游与冰雪运动发展的新契机。冰雪产业与旅游业融合发展是创造特色小镇创新发展新需求、新业态的必要载体,是推动全民健身和全民健康事业深度融合的重要举措。采用文献资料、调查等研究方法从跨界融合视角出发,对当前碾子山冰雪旅游小镇现状以及旅游小镇对经济、社会发展的重要意义进行分析,提出碾子山冰雪旅游小镇创新发展方略举措为:提高思想认识,做好科学系统规划;对接高端资源,打造凸显跨界特色品牌和提升影响力;加强跨界融合,强化中介服务;完善管理,提高创新能力;与高校联合,实现产学研一体化。

The success of bidding for Beijing Winter Olympics has aroused Chinese enthusiasm to participate in the ice-snow tourism and has created a new opportunity for developing the ice-snow sports.The integrated development of ice-snow industry and tourism is a necessary carrier for the special towns^nnovative development in creating new needs and new formats,and is an important measure to promote the deep integration of national fitness and health for all.With the methods of literature and investigation,the paper discusses the actuality of Nianzishan ice-snow tourism town and its important significance in of economic and social development.It suggests some measures for the special town^innovative development as follows:deepen the ideological understanding to plan well the scientific system,integrate the advanced resources to create prominent cross-border brands into better effect,strengthen the cross-border integration to enhance the intermediary services,improve the operational management to develop the entrepreneurial innovation ability,combine with universities to realize the integration of production,learning and research.
