摘要
以科学的职业生涯管理为前提,培养适应社会需要的网络传播应用型人才是高等学校从精英教育走向大众教育的重要路径。在产学结合的实践教学、人才培养过程中,学校的人才培养目标、培养计划、课程设置与网络传媒企业的传播业态、媒介生态以及岗位设置等无缝对接、融通,网络传媒企业、高等学校及学生进行心理同构,并不断进行调整,以期真正实现心理契约的建立,对于应用型人才的培养具有重要的实践意义。
On the premise of scientifically planning career,cultivating applied talents to satisfy the needs of the social Internet communication industry is important way for tertiary education to transform from elite education to mass education.In the process of industry-study combined practical teaching and personnel training,personnel training target,training plan and curriculum setting of universities should integrate with industrial condition,media ecology and post Settings of Internet Communication Industry.On the process,Network media,institutions and students should develop same psychological expectation,and constantly adjust the expectation in order to truly achieve an establishment of psychological contract between the three parties.Hence,research on development of psychological contract has important theoretical value and practical significance.
