摘要
了解用人单位对师范生的教师专业素养需求,对师范生就业和师范院校发展有着极为重要的意义。以教师专业素养的基本结构为基础,结合师范生特性设计调查问卷,再结合访谈,对师范生现阶段的教师专业素养水平和用人单位的需求展开调查。结果表明,虽然高师院校师范生培养方向基本符合用人单位的需求,但用人单位对师范生的教师专业素养的需求显著高于师范生现阶段具有的水平;用人单位最注重师范生的教师专业情意。
It is important for pre-service teachers and teacher colleges to understand the teacher professional literacy that the employers demand.Hence,this research made a questionnaire based on the structure of teacher’s professional literacy and the characteristics of pre-service teachers,and conducted a survey between the pre-service teachers and employers to understand the quality of pre-service teachers and the employers’demands.The findings show that(1)the program and goal for cultivating pre-service teachers are consistent with the demands of employers,but employers have much higher expectations over the quality of pre-school teachers;(2)the employers pay more attention to the pre-service teachers’social-emotion ability.
