反思性教学是促进高校英语教师专业发展的有效途径,其目的在于不断提升教学技能和教学智慧,有效解决教学中的问题并提高教学质量。通过对反思性教学内涵的解读,提出以反思性教学理念为指导,引领高职英语教师专业可持续发展的有效途径,从而颠覆静态化传统思维定势的影响,实现教育教学的创新与优化。

Reflective teaching is an effective way to promote the professional development of college English teachers.The purpose is to continuously promote teaching skills and teaching wisdom,to effectively solve the problems in teaching and to improve teaching quality.Through interpreting the connotation of reflective teaching,this paper puts forward effective ways to guide the professional sustainable development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of reflective teaching concepts so as to subvert the influence of static traditional thinking and to realize the innovation and optimization of education and teaching.
