In order to meet the needs of education and teaching in casting major,an lost foam casting model is designed and manufactured.The model is composed of special flask that can pump negative pressure,negative pressure system and vibrating platform,which has the advantages of excellent production,clear and intuitive process demonstration and good visibility.In the application of lost foam casting teaching,it can help students clearly observe the whole process of lost foam casting,arouse students'enthusiasm of learning professional knowledge and obtain good teaching effect.
