摘要
高职院校学生干部人力资源科学化管理就是调动学生干部的积极性,充分发挥他们自我管理、自我服务、自我教育的功能。由于高职院校的生源质量在逐年下降,学生工作面临的问题越来越复杂。这就要求学院不断改正学生干部选用、培训、管理等方面的不足,强化教育培训,优化激励机制,全面发挥学生干部在学院学生工作中的作用,最终建立合理的学生干部人力资源科学化管理的机制。
The scientific management of student cadres human resources in higher vocational colleges is to arouse the enthusiasm of student cadres and give full play to their functions of self-management,self service and self-education.Because the quality of students in higher vocational colleges is decreasing,the problem of student work is more and more complicated.All these requires the college to constantly correct the deficiencies in the selection,training and management of the student cadres,strengthen the education and training,optimize the incentive mechanism,so as to give full play to the role of students in college students work,and finally establish a reasonable mechanism for the scientific management of the human resources of student cadres.
