热毒宁佐治小儿化脓性扁桃体炎疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Reduning in children with suppurative tonsillitis

目的:分析并观察小儿化脓性扁桃体炎采用热毒宁佐治的应用成效。方法:选取本院2016年6月至2017年6月接收的56例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿为探究对象,将这些患儿随机分为对照组与观察组。予以对照组青霉素治疗,予以观察组青霉素加热毒宁治疗,对两组患者的临床症状改善时间和治疗成效进行分析与探究。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总成效为96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,对比两组数据,存在明显的差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组患者的体温恢复正常时间、咽喉疼痛消失时间、咳痰改善时间、血白细胞恢复时间、住院时间等指标均优于对照组,两组数据之间存在明显的差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对化脓性扁桃体炎患儿采用热毒宁佐治方式,能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应的发生率,治疗成效十分明显,具有一定的安全性。

Objective:To analyze and observe the efficacy of Reduning in the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:56 children with suppurative tonsillitis received during June 2016 to June 2017 in this hospital were selected as the research subjects.These children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with penicillin and the observation group was treated with penicillin plus Reduning.The clinical symptom improvement time and treatment efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed and explored.Results:The total effect of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).In addition,the normal temperature recovery time,sore throat disappearing time,cough improvement time,white blood cell recovery time,length of hospital stay and other indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Reduning in the treatment of children with suppurative tonsillitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment is very effective with a certain degree of safety.It is worthy of adoption and promotion.
