摘要
由于转子挠曲,加工误差,安装偏斜等原因,大型汽轮机轴承常会出现因轴颈偏斜导致的轴承两侧瓦温不均匀现象。文章结合轴承理论,选择特征位置的压力差表征转子偏斜程度,研究转子偏斜对椭圆轴承性能,特别是瓦温的影响。试验结果显示,即使是轻微的转子偏斜,轴承最高瓦温也是有明显的升高。在供油充足的条件下,增加流量不能对偏载轴承瓦温有明显的改善作用。
Due to rotor deflection,manufacturing tolerance and installed deflection,the temperatures on both sides of the steam turbine’s bearing are different.Based on the lubrication theory for bearings,The paper chooses the pressure difference between two special positions to describe rotor deflection,and then study the elliptical bearing performance(especially the metal temperature)with inclined journal.The experimental results show that the highest temperature of bearing is increased obviously when rotor is deflected slightly,and the increase of lubricating oil can't reduce the bearing’s temperature significantly when oil supply adequate.
