In the Northern Song Dynasty,Wenzhou was one of the centers of handicraft production and trade in the south of the Yangtze River,and also an important port for foreign trade.The production of Wenzhou lacquerware in Song Dynasty was adapted to the needs of the times,and gradually formed its own unique regional advantages,and its products were continuously sold all over the country.The lacquerware produced by Wenzhou lacquerware workshops is divided into two categories:expensive lacquer and cheap popular lacquer,so the serialized design style of the product is formed.Wenzhou lacquerware production workshops are adept in integrating design,production,sales and consumption,form the sales network connecting various areas,explore the consumption markets continuously,and finally become the center of lacquer design and production in Song dynasty.
