体验式文化教学视域下高职实用英语教学模式的构建与实践——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

Construction and Practice of Experiential Cultural Teaching Model in Practical English in Vocational Colleges— A Case Study of Zhejiang International Maritime College

高职实用英语体验式文化教学,旨在提升学生对西方文化的认知,培养学生的跨文化交际能力。浙江国际海运职业技术学院学生的跨文化交际能力通过课内、第二课堂及校内外的文化体验三种途径进行培养,以跨文化项目为主线,全方位提升学生的跨文化交际能力。实践证明,体验式文化教学模式有利于提高学生的英语语言能力和跨文化交际能力。

The experiential cultural teaching mode in vocational colleges aims to promote students’cognition of western culture,and to cultivate the cross-culture communication skills.The training of students’cross-cultural communication skills in Zhejiang International Maritime College is realized in three ways:in-class teaching,second classroom,and campus cultural experiencing.With cross-cultural projects as the main thread,this mode improves students’cross-cultural knowledge and skills.The practice shows that this teaching mode is beneficial in improving students’English language skills and cross-culture communication competence.
