SWOT Analysis on the Poverty Alleviation of College Teachers in Villages

扶贫工作是党中央、国务院的一项重要战略部署,是新阶段扶贫开发的一项重大举措,是全社会组织和成员共同的责任,高校也不例外。高校教师驻村扶贫,可以发挥自身优势支持农村的教育培训,也可借助专业技术指导农业生产和发展,是高校教师投身社会实践、提升自我、服务社会的绝佳机会。但是高校教师驻村扶贫,也存在一定的困难和挑战。因此,运用SWOT分析法,对高校教师驻村扶贫存在的优势、劣势、机会和困境进行全面分析,为探索高校扶贫之道提供参考。

Poverty alleviation is an important strategic plan of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council.It is a major measure for the poverty alleviation and development in the new stage.It is the common responsibility of all social organizations and members.Universities are no exception.University Teachers'poverty alleviation in villages can give full play to their own advantages,support the education and training in rural areas,and also guide the agricultural production and development with professional technology.This is a great opportunity for university teachers to engage in social practice,enhance themselves and serve the society.However,there are some difficulties and challenges in the poverty alleviation of College Teachers in the village.Therefore,this paper applies SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of University Teachers'poverty alleviation in rural areas,so as to provide references for exploring the way of poverty alleviation in Colleges and universities.
