摘要 通信和供电问题是在山区、沙漠、海岛等处建设自动气象站所遇到的主要困难。依托国家高技术产业发展计划项目建立的基于北斗卫星的自动气象站数据通信系统,为解决上述问题提供了一种可行方案,经过多年的业务运行,已被证实切实有效。本文介绍了该系统的总体结构和远端站数据流程,并对数据压缩、太阳能供电和海岛站的特殊设计等关键技术和工程问题进行了论述,对于气象及水利、林业、海洋、交通等相关领域类似业务系统的建设,具有一定的借鉴意义。 Communication and power supply are the main difficulties in building automatic weather station(AWS)in mountains,deserts and islands.In order to solve these problems,some key technologies including overall structure of the system,solar power supply and data compression have been searched.A satellite-ground hybrid communication system structure,a designed method of solar power supply system based on theoretical calculation and engineering practice,and a lossless compression encoding algorithm based on fixed dictionary compression technology to fit Beidou satellite short message communication features have been proposed.These new methods have been applied in the national High-tech Industrial Development Program"Weather Observation Application Based on Beidou satellite pilot project".
