全承载纯电动城市客车整车骨架应力应变电测量验证方法探究 被引量:1

摘要 针对新能源城市客车设计利用仿真模拟与实际情况是否相匹配,根据已有的仿真运算数据,在实车骨架结构部分重要节点处布置应变片,利用电测量方法测量了静态和动态的局部应力及应变,检验仿真运算的准确性。结果发现:应力的静态实验结果与仿真结果一致,动态实验结果与仿真结果趋势相同,但存在误差。实验基本验证了数值仿真的正确性,指出了需改进的地方,为纯电动城市客车轻量化设计提供依据。 Aimed at the compatibility of new energy city bus designed by analogue simulations and real conditions,and based on the existing simulation data,the strain gauges were installed at the important joints of the frame structure of the pure electric bus,and the static and dynamic stress and strain were measured by electricity measurement.And the feasibility of the accuracy of the simulation operation for matching with the actual situation was verified.It was found that the static experimental results of stress were consistent with the simulation results,and the trends of dynamic experimental results were the same as that of the simulation results in spite of some errors.The correctness of numerical simulation was verified and the room for improvement was pointed out,providing the basis for the design of light electric city bus.
