松软突出煤层掘进工作面防突技术

Research on the Coal and Gas Outburst Control Method for Soft Coalseam Tunneling Workface

松软煤层巷道掘进防突技术是防治煤与瓦斯突出的重点和难点,以西山煤电屯兰矿南5#采区12507皮带顺槽掘进工作为工程背景,采用定向长钻孔与底板穿层相结合的方法掩护松软煤层巷道掘进。结果表明,经有效抽采后,煤层残余瓦斯含量均降至8m3/t以下,掘进期间回风流瓦斯浓度保持在0.3%,消突效果显著,有效地解决了松软煤层煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量大的问题。

The outburst control for soft coalseam tunneling workface is a salient technical difficulty in mining safety science.The tunnel of No.12507 in south 5#panel of Tuanlan coal mine was taken as a case study.The long directional borehole and cross borehole were drilled for gas drainage.The residual gas content was chosen as an index for safety tunneling.The results showed that the gas content fell below 8 m 3/t,the gas concentration of return airflow maintained at 0.3%.The outburst risk was eliminated,and the gas emission problem was solved by using this method.
