多孔壳聚糖印迹聚合物吸附分离阿莫西林性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用壳聚糖纳米粒子作为皮克林(Pickering)乳液稳定粒子,结合分子印迹技术制备了多孔壳聚糖阿莫西林分子印迹聚合物(PMIPs)。运用SEM、FTIR对其理化性能进行了表征,并开展了吸附性能研究。结果表明,制备的PMIPs具有良好的多孔结构;在pH=7.0、温度为25℃时PMIPs对阿莫西林(AMX)的最大吸附量为47.41μmol·g^(-1),Langmuir等温模型能更好地拟合PMIPs吸附AMX的过程(R^2>0.98),PMIPs吸附动力学过程用准二阶动力学模型能更好地拟合(R2>0.99);另外,通过PMIPs对3种分子结构类似的抗生素吸附性能比较进一步证实其对AMX具有良好的选择性。 Porous chitosan amoxicillin molecularly imprinted polymer(PMIPs)was prepared by adopting the molecular imprinting technique and using chitosan nanoparticles as Pickering emulsion stabilizing particles.The physical and chemical properties were characterized by methods such as SEM and FTIR,and then the adsorption performance was studied.The results indicated that PMIPs possessed good porous structure.Under conditions of pH 7.0 and at temperature of 25℃,the maximum adsorption capacity of PMIPs reached 47.41μmol/g.Langmuir model was better for fitting of the experimental data of AMX adsorption process(R 2>0.98).Pseudo-second-order equation was better for fitting of the kinetics adsorption dada of PMIPs(R 2>0.99).In addition,the adsorption properties of the three molecular structures similar to the antibiotics by PMIPs further confirmed that they have good selectivity to AMX.
