多烯磷脂酰胆碱对急性肝损伤患者血清NO、NOS水平的影响 被引量:12

摘要 多烯磷脂酰胆碱(PPC)其主要活性成分为多聚磷脂酰胆碱二酰甘油或多聚乙酰卵磷脂,化学结构与内源性卵磷脂相同,是临床常用保肝药物。目前上市的化学性、生物性药物中有1 100多种具有潜在肝毒性[1],使得药物性肝损伤发病率有所增长。本研究旨在分析多烯磷脂酰胆碱对急性肝损伤患者的治疗效果,并观察患者治疗前后血清中NO、NOS表达的变化。现报道如下。
