摘要
利用实验室球团焙烧杯设备,以铝土矿粉及赤泥作为原料进行配料、造球。通过观察成球状态、含水量,对比生球硬度,表明合适的配料造球方法能够使铝土矿正常使用链箅机回转窑设备。氧化铝在链箅机回转窑中的使用能够实现余热的循环利用,节约能源及成本。
The article is mainly the use of laboratory pellet roasting equipment,it use bauxite powder and red mud as raw material for ingredients,making the ball.By observing the state of the ball,the water content of the ball,compare the hardness of the ball,it shows that the proper ingredienting method and making the ball method can make bauxite the normal use of grate rotary kiln equipment.The use of alumina in the grate rotary kiln enables recycling of waste heat,saving energy and costs.
