摘要
在达产达效过程中,焦炉炉头温度偏低,通过对蓄热室封墙的密封及保温、废气开闭器的保温、两叉部的密封等措施,解决了JNX70-2型大型焦炉由于蓄热室封墙串漏造成的煤气在蓄热室内燃烧引起的炉头温度偏低的问题。
The process of achieving the design production output and efficiency was troubled by too low a coke oven jamb temperature in the captioned JNX70-2 large coke oven.Some measures have been taken,including sealing and insulation of the regenerative chamber sealing wall,insulation of the exhaust shutter,sealing of the fork segment,to address with success the trouble of low jamb temperature caused by combustion of gas inside the regenerative chamber arising from a leaking chamber sealing wall.
