摘要
为了研究定装式弹丸挤进过程中的动态响应,分析了不同的膛内自由行程对挤进过程、弹体-弹带区域压力和炸药响应的影响,利用Abaqus/Explicit及其幅值子程序VUAMP建立了包含弹体、弹带、炸药和引信结构的弹炮耦合有限元模型。研究结果表明:自由行程增大会加快挤进速度,导致膛压和弹丸挤进完成后速度下降;挤进速度的加快导致弹带塑性变形增大,弹带材料破坏更严重,质量损失更多,这也减小了弹体-弹带区域的径向受力;炸药的应力和塑性变形大小均会随着自由行程的增加而增大,影响炸药的安定性。
In order to study the dynamic response of fixed cartridge case during engraving process,the influence of the free path on the engraving process,pressure of projectile-band zore and explosive response was analyzed,and the Abaqus/Explicit and its subroutine VUAMP were used to establish the finite element model containing the projectile,rotating band,explosive and fuze.The results show that the increase of the free path can lead to the decrease of the chamber pressure and the projectile velocity after the engraving.The increase of the engraving velocity causes the increase of the plastic deformation of the rotating band,and the damage of the material is more severe,which also reduces the radial force of the projectile-band zone;the stress and plastic deformation of the explosive increase with the increase of the free path.
