研制新型环保捕收剂YS-3浮选攀西地区钛铁矿 被引量:4

摘要 积极响应习主席"绿水青山,就是金山银山"的伟大号召。四川有色金砂选矿药剂有限公司在研制新型环保钛铁矿捕收剂方面下了很大力量,根据几种不同选矿物质拼合到一起会产生协同效应提高选矿效果的原理,选用改性肟酸及其它几种高效低毒原料,研制成了新型环保高效低毒的钛铁矿捕收剂YS-3,用于浮选攀西地区钛铁矿。用新研制成功的YS-3浮选剂与现场使用的MOH浮选剂,对攀西某钛铁矿矿石经弱磁除铁,脉动高梯度强磁从弱磁尾矿回收的钛铁矿进行了选矿对比试验。试样中Ti O2含量21.5%,S含量为0.75%-0.94%。对比试验结果为:YS-3产率35.07%,精矿品位47.51%,回收率77.43%。MOH产率33.67%,精矿品位47.92,回收率75.33%。从试验结果看YS-3捕收剂选矿结果,精矿品位略低,回收率高出2.1个百分点,达到了预期的效果。 Active response to President xi,green water castle,is the great call of jinshan yinshan.Sichuan colored gold ore dressing pharmaceutical co.LTD.In developing new environmental ilmenite collector under great power,according to several different dressing material split together will produce synergistic effect to improve the effect of mineral processing principle,with the modified oxime acid and other kinds of high-efficiency,a new type of high-efficiency,environmental protection raw material of titanium iron ore collector YS-3,used for ilmenite flotation panxi area.In this paper,a comparative experiment was conducted on the pulsating high gradient magnetic concentrate of a selected titanium plant of panxi,with the newly developed YS-3 flotation agent and the MOH flotation agent used on site.The content of TiO2in the sample was 21.5%,and the content of S was 0.75%-0.94%.The comparison test results showed that the yield of YS-3 was 35.07%,the concentrate was 47.51%,and the recovery rate was 77.43%.MOH yield was 33.67%,concentrate grade 47.92,recovery rate was 75.33%.From the results of the experiment,the results of the selection of YS-3 collector were slightly lower,and the recovery rate was 2.1 percentage points higher than the expected results.
