摘要
高含量的锌精矿中锌的测定一般都用EDTA容量法,该方法结果稳定,矿石中的杂质含量对测定结果没有影响,但是用EDTA容量法过程繁琐,花费时间较长,不适用于测定生产流程中产生的大量的工艺样。而先用碘量法测铜的方法除去矿石中的铜,再加入铁氰化钾进行测锌的检测方法更适合生产流程。经过本公司多年来的生产实践证明:先用碘量法测铜的方法除去矿石中的铜,再加入铁氰化钾进行测锌的方法效果理想、测定过程快速、方法简便且结果准确,节约了大量的人力物力。
The determination of zinc in zinc concentrates of high content generally uses the EDTA volumetric method,The method is stable,The content of impurities in the ore has no effect on the determination results,However,this method is cumbersome and takes a long time,Not suitable for measuring a large number of process samples generated in the production process.In the method,the copper in the ore is first removed by measuring the copper by an iodometric method,and then potassium ferricyanide is added to measure the zinc.After years of our company using this method to determine a large number of samples of the company shows that the method of determination of zinc results are ideal,the method is simple and save a lot of manpower and resources.
