高密度钨合金可控微气氛真空烧结工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 高密度钨合金传统氢气烧结工艺存在成本高、效率低、安全性差、产品尺寸受限等瓶颈问题。基于传统真空烧结工艺的缺陷,本文以自行研制的新型可控微气氛真空烧结技术,采用"可控微气氛真空烧结活化清洁技术"、"高活性复合组元技术"、"快速彻底复合脱蜡工艺"、"高温液相烧结活性成分的挥发抑制工艺"和"无碳发热保温技术"等五大专有技术解决和提高钨合金产品的综合性能,并且提高了生产效率,降低了单位能耗,实现了高密度钨合金产品的高效、安全、节能型生产[1]。 The traditional hydrogen sintering process of high density tungsten alloy has some bottleneck problems,such as high cost,low efficiency,low safety and limited product size.Based on the defects of the traditional vacuum sintering process,a new controlled microatmosphere vacuum sintering technology developed by ourselves is presented in this paper.The technology of activated cleaning in controlled microatmosphere vacuum sintering,high active composite component technology,rapid and thorough composite dewaxing process,volatilization inhibition technology of active components in high temperature liquid phase sintering and carbon-free heating and heat preservation technology were adopted,such as野activated cleaning technology in controlled microatmosphere sintering冶,野highly active composite component technology冶,野rapid and thorough composite dewaxing process冶College has the technology to solve and improve the comprehensive properties of tungsten alloy products,It also improves the production efficiency,reduces the unit energy consumption,and realizes the high efficiency,safety and economical production of the high density tungsten alloy products.
